1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–3 business days to confirm payment, verify shipping details, and prepare for production.
  • Production Time (Print-on-Demand): Each product is custom-made after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item and current order volume.

Please note that orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.


2. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Time: After production, shipping within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier may vary based on shipping location and product type.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight/size of your order and your location. Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., inclement weather, carrier issues), shipping times may be extended beyond our control.


3. International Shipping

  • At this time, dirndl.global primarily ships within the United States. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us in advance via email to inquire about availability and shipping options.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link or number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • If you do not receive tracking details or have trouble tracking your package, please contact us at info@dirndl.global.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you notice you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@dirndl.global. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships. However, once the order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery details.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members or neighbors first. If you still cannot find the package, contact us at info@dirndl.global, and we will work with you and the carrier to investigate further.
  • Damaged Packages: If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Any Non-U.S. Orders)

  • dirndl.global is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders shipped outside the United States. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
